Engineering recruitment is the core of our business. In the 5 years since we started M65 Recruitment have been and are involved with some of East Lancs leading Engineering companies. At any one time we have a range of vacancies on the system, some are Temp, but the majority are Temp to Perm or Permanent as well as contract. The range of skills can vary quite considerably from a Semi Skilled Welder, CNC Programmer to a Senior Design Engineer or Project Manager. Our Consultant has an engineering background and has an instant understanding of expectations of clients and candidates alike, really knowing your business and the demands that skill shortages can make.
