Engineering:-
Engineering recruitment is the core of our business, in the 5 years since we started M65 Recruitment have been and are involved with some of East Lancs leading Engineering companies. At any one time we have a range of vacancies on the system, some are temp, but the majority are Temp to Perm or Permanent as well as contract. The range of skills can vary quite considerably from a semi skilled welder, CNC Programmer to a Senior Design Engineer or Project Manager. The consultant has an engineering background and has an instant understanding of expectations of clients and candidates alike, really knowing your business and the demands that skill shortages can make.
Manufacturing:-
We tend to find on the manufacturing side the vast majority of work is either ongoing temp or temp to perm positions. M65 Recruitment work closely with companies going to great lengths to understand their needs and respond quickly to the demands that a busy temp desk can generate. Over time we have built sound working partnerships with clients, really getting to know their business, supplying to some leading players in the manufacturing sector for the area, the requirements can vary a lot from Assemblers, to pickers and packers to FLT drivers. The consultant has a number of years experience within this sector and will always ensure that clients requirements are met.
Commercial:-
The Commercial sector has grown on the back of the success of the Engineering and the Manufacturing Sectors, our key clients will often approach M65 Recruitment for their commercial vacancies. On the Commercial side we will often get permanent vacancies as well as temp or maternity cover vacancies. We really do cover a broad range of Commercial vacancies such as Purchasing, Sales, Accounts, Admin and Customer Service, all in and around the M65 corridor. Our consultant is very personable and builds rapport with clients and is always on hand to answer any questions you may have.
Education:-
Our experienced Education consultant will gladly advise you on any Education vacancies we have in the area. M65 Recruitment are a local Education recruiter and work with many schools in the East Lancs. area. The roles vary from school to school, we don’t just deal in Primary schools we also handle Secondary school vacancies. We have regular day work, sometimes at short notice, though reasonable notice is given wherever possible. We have had vacancies for the following areas, Languages, Maths, Art, Science, English, and Cover Supervisors.
